Delivery Timeframe
- All orders will be delivered within a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 12 days from the day of shipment.
- Delivery times depend on the destination, courier partner, and circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions or regulatory delays).
Shipment Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Shipments are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- In the event of high order volumes, shipment processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified of delays via email or phone.
Reasons for Delays or Failed Deliveries
Your order may be delayed or undeliverable due to the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at the time of order.
- Recipient unavailable at the provided delivery address.
- Unpaid dues or customs charges (if applicable).
- Natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events affecting courier services.
- Restricted entry to the delivery address (e.g., gated communities or offices requiring prior access permissions).
Tips to Avoid Delivery Delays:
- Double-check your shipping address, including pin code, before placing the order.
- Provide a valid phone number for contact during delivery.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address during expected delivery hours.
Return to Origin (RTO)
- If the order is undelivered due to the above reasons and returned to our facility (RTO), we will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- If you choose to cancel after an RTO, a refund will be processed (shipping fees may be non-refundable).
